1/2 Pound Brussels Sprouts
Salt to Taste
Black Pepper to Taste
1 Clove Garlic (Optional)

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cut ends off of Brussels sprouts and cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
3. Pour a tbsp of Vegetable Oil with one clove garlic in a frying pan and place brussels in the pan.

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cut ends off of Brussels sprouts and cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise.
3. Pour a tbsp of Vegetable Oil with one clove garlic in a frying pan and place brussels in the pan.
4. Cook Brussels on the stove over medium high heat until the cut sides are brown and crispy. This should take about 7 min. Stir Lightly .
5. Sprinkle some Salt and Black Pepper on the Brussels. I usually do 1/4 tsp of Salt and Black Pepper for 1/2 pound.
6. Once Brussels are crisp on cut side, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. salt and gently stir. Place skillet directly into preheated oven.
Bake for 7 min minutes or until Brussels can be pierce with a fork. Mix half way through.
7. Immediately sprinkle crumbled goat cheese and drizzle the honey on the Brussels sprouts. Add more salt to taste.
