Ingredients
1 Cup Besan (Gram Flour)
¾ Cup Water
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder for the Batter
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder for the Yogurt
1 tsp Cumin Powder for the Batter
½ tsp of Salt for the Yogurt
¾ tsp of Salt for the Batter
Half an Onion Chopped
Half Bunch Cilantro Chopped
1 Seedless Jalapeno Pepper
2-3 Red Dry Chilli Pepper
½ tsp of Cumin Seeds
4 Curry Leaves
½ Cup Oil

* Last Step - In a separate pan add 1 tbsp of oil - let it warm up then Add ½ tsp of cumin seeds, 4 Curry Leaves, and 2 Red Dry Chilli Pepper. After 1 min Add this Mixture on Top of the Dahi Bade.

½ tsp of Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Besan (Gram Flour)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice or Half Squeezed Lime/Lemon
Handful of Curry Leaves Chopped
2 tbsp Flour
1 tbsp Water
½ tsp of Fennel Seeds (Saunf)
½ Cut Seedless Jalapeno Pepper
Oil enough to Deep Fry
