The Lazy Bawarchi is customized to the busy woman and man of the modern world today.  Here, simple, and delicious recipes are offered, which can be created in a fraction of time.  My father always used to say, “Put everything in the pot, and close the lid.”  He was a big advocate for simple recipes, and food that was easy on the stomach.  We all crave our mother and father’s cooking--but shy away from the process and time it takes to recreate that result.  The Lazy Bawarchi will be able to provide that through a simple approach for the complicated lifestyle of the average man and woman.  My name is Nasreen Hussain, and through this blog, I hope to share the very dishes I grew up eating, while telling some memorable stories.  This blog is dedicated to my late father, Mohammed Wajahath Hussain - It is my hope that through this blog, his legacy, and recipes will live on forever.
