*Feeds 3-4 people
1 Pound Chicken Ground Breast
1 ½ tsp of Salt
1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp of Turmeric Powder
½ tsp of Garam Masala
½ tsp of Cumin Powder
½ tsp of Coriander Powder
1 tbs of Lemon Juice
1 tsp of Black Pepper or you can Sprinkle it on top of the chicken while it’s Cooking
5 Cloves Garlic and 2 Inch Piece of Ginger/1 ½ tbsp of Ginger Garlic Paste
½ an Onion chopped
¼ bunch Cilantro chopped
½ Cup Oil for Frying
