- Heat ½ Olive Oil in a Pan on Low/Medium Heat
- Once it comes to a boil, add 2 cardamum and 2 cloves and 1 Green Chillie Seedless
- Grind 1 Onion to a paste
- Add the Onion paste to the Pan and cook on Medium Heat for about 10 min.
- Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add 1 ½ pounds chicken and fry for 6-8 minutes on high heat.
- Add ¼ cup yogurt and mix well.
- Add 1 Tomato
- Cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder and 1 tbsp salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup water and 1 ½ tsp black pepper powder and cook till oil separates at the corners.
- Squeeze 1 lime
- Cook for a minute.and you are done!
Best served with Rice/Pita Bread with Achar
