Kofta Kabob

1 Pound Ground Beef 

1 Egg

½ large red onion 

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika 

½ tsp red chilli powder 

½ tsp cumin 

½ tsp black pepper powder 

1 tsp salt 

½ cup fresh parsley minced 

5 cloves garlic minced or 1 tbsp garlic ginger paste 

½ tsp crushed red pepper

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine salt, garlic cloves, red chilli powder, paprika, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, cumin, egg, black pepper powder, red onion, and parsley with ground beef. Knead well and Set aside 
  2. After about 30 min Take a handful of the meat mixture and form into a meatball. Thread onto the skewer and roll the meat in your hands to flatten it into a long oval shape. Or you can even use the bottom of the fork and remove before placing on the grill. 
  3. Heat grill to high heat. Coat a little olive oil on top of the grill. Place kebabs on grill and cook for about 7 minutes. Turn and cook another 7 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Remove from the grill.
