Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the oil and butter. Sear the thighs and legs, skin-side down, until skin is golden and crisp (about 4-5 minutes). Add Salt, Black Pepper, Italian Seasoning, a dash of Paprika, and Garlic cloves or minced garlic. Flip chicken and sear on the other side for a further 5 minutes. Sprinkle dried thyme
Squeeze lemon over chicken and once chicken is golden brown crisped then add fresh thyme sprigs over the chicken pieces.
Add Asparagus on the side and coat in the spices from the oil and butter.
Garnish with lemon slices and leaves from the remaining sprig of thyme.
