1 Stick of Butter 

Half packet of Seviyan 

1 Whole Carton of Whole Milk organic (1/2 Gallon, 1.89 Liters)

10-12 Almonds Crushed

10-12 Cashew Nuts Crushed

2 tbsp Pistachios Crushed

1 Cup Sugar (depends on how sweet you prefer it)

4 cloves 

4 cardomum 

2 tbsp chirongi

  1. In a non stick pot heat 1 stick of butter on low-Medium Flame Setting. Add 4 Cardomum and 4 cloves, 10 chopped almonds and cashews, 2 tbsp chirongi, 2 tbsp pistachios chopped (optional), and 3-4 dates chopped (optional). Fry them until they are slightly brown (for about 2-3 min)
  2. Add the Seviyan and mix together with the melted butter and nuts. Do this for about 7 min on low flame.
  3. Add 1 whole carton of Milk and mix everything together for about 7-10 min on low-medium flame
  4. Add 1 cup Sugar - If you like it less sweet you can add less or more depending on your sweet tooth. Mix together for about 2 min. 
  5. Garnish with almonds and cashews on top
