Feeds 2-3
1 Pound Raw peeled deveined shrimp
1 Tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt or to taste
Handful of Cilantro
1/2 Red Dry Chilli Pepper
1/4 Cup of Low Sodium Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Paste (Fresh)
Olive oil to Fry
In a medium size frying pan pour 1/2 cup of oil on low to medium heat.
Peel the shrimp and add to the frying pan.
Cook 1 min each side or until it turns a pinkish golden color. While the shrimp is cooking add soya sauce, 1/2 red dry chilli pepper, and ginger garlic paste, and 1/2 cup of water to blender. Blend/grate together
Remove access oil from the pan and add the sauce from the blender to the frying pan.
Adjust heat to low and add in handful of chopped cilantro.
Cook for another 3/4 min or until the sauce becomes semi thick.
