Ingredients
1 Pound Bag of raw peeled deveined shrimp
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
1/2 Lime
3 Cloves Garlic
Directions
1. Peel the tail off the shrimp and add 1/2 tsp Paprika, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Flour, 1 tsp Corn Starch, and chopped 3 Cloves Garlic
2. Mix together and squeeze half a Lime.
3. Set aside for about 20 min
4. In a medium sized frying pan add 1/2 cup of Canola Oil. After about 30 seconds add the shrimp and fry until golden brown.
Enjoy!
Best served with soft tortillas and a garlic lime sauce.
